A blend of fresh garden peas, organic coconut milk and mint leaves this really simple soup packs a punch when it comes to flavour! Fresh and delicious with that deep pea flavour coming through the creaminess of coconut and an aftertaste of fresh mint leaves.

Peas provide us with some impressive nutrients. They contain vitamins A, B1. K and C along with the minerals magnesium, potassium and calcium. They are also high in protein.

Serving Suggestion - This is a soup that can be enjoyed hot or cold. As we near the warmer months you have the option! Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a crack of black pepper.
