Wholesome, nourishing and delicious this is a fabulous winter warmer. It is packed with goodness from the courgettes, white beans and garlic. Full of both soluble and insoluble fibre, vitamin A and carotenoids, this broth can be extremely beneficial to our gut health and may help to reduce inflammation.

All of our meals come frozen. Our portions are generous, and we don't skimp on the good stuff!

Serving Suggestion - A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil leaves and crack of black pepper.
