A take on the classic chocolate fondant and equally as delicious, these are the perfect indulgent desert or Sunday afternoon treat with a cuppa. Aubergines contain a particularly potent anti-cancer compound called solasodine rhamnosyl glycoside. They also contain important vitamins and minerals and are rich in antioxidants.

Each pack consists of six fondants. These come frozen. Please make sure they are fully defrosted before consuming. For extra deliciousiness we recommend heating through to create the gooey melted chocolate centre. Made with Green & Blacks organic 70% cocoa dark chocolate.

Serving Suggestion - with a dollop of creme fraiche or greek yoghurt with a dusting of cocoa powder. Yum!
