Green green galore! Packed with nutrient dense green leafy and cruciferous veg, which are top of our list of anticancer foods.

Restharrow Farm is in the seaside village of Trebetherick on the North Coast of Cornwall. Owned and farmed by Richard, he took over the reigns after his father passed away. He says he will continue to farm until he can no longer get out of bed! We use whatever veg he has available for us throughout the seasons, so this green soup is an ever changing one but only using what is truly in season.

All our meals come frozen in ready-to-heat packaging. Our portions are generously sized, and we never skimp on the good stuff!

Serving Suggestion - A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, dollop of greek yoghurt, coconut yoghurt or creme fraiche, a sprinkle of toasted seeds and crack of black pepper.
