Mushrooms are one of our top anticancer foods and mushroom soup is a simple and effective way of packing in an abundance of mushrooms. We use varieties of mushrooms depending on what is available from our suppliers at the time of purchase.

If going through treatment, regular bowls of this soup may be very helpful to support those white immune cells. Garlic, onion and thyme add in some super antioxidants that make this soup an all round comforter and healer.
